Greg Mitchell is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP) with over 20 years of hands-on experience navigating BC's regulatory landscape. His work spans complex rezoning, Official Community Plan amendments, master planning projects, rental and mixed use developments, community and stakeholder engagement and multi-disciplinary consultant coordination.
Greg has led the rezoning and entitlements process for more than $500M worth of real estate development projects across BC, including major TOD projects, housing developments, and complicated heritage restorations.
Today, Greg runs an independent practice focused on giving developers and landowners direct access to senior-level planning expertise without the overhead of a large firm. When you work with GDM Group, you work with Greg.
